Welcome to the Black Cat Farmstead fiber studio & farm store.  Explore our site to learn more about our beautiful sheep, flax-to-linen production, handspun yarn, farm-grown wool & other supplies for handspinners and felters, one-of-a kind locally made goods & more! We offer small group and individual instruction in fiber processing, spinning, felting, dyeing, and weaving. Inquire for details.

About Black Cat:
We are stocked with items for you or for gift-giving, including handmade and hand-dyed yarns, raw, washed and dyed fleece from our flock, learn-to-spin kits, and working antique spinning wheels and gift certificates for sale.

As we get settled in our new site in Vermont, we are open by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange a visit.

You can also find Black Cat Farmstead yarns, handwovens, and wool at the Purple Turtle Artisan Collective, located in downtown Stockholm, Wisconsin.
